Massage therapy is the assessment and treatment of soft tissues of the body. ProActive’s Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) use a variety of techniques to treatment a number of conditions. RMTs also use stretching/strengthening exercises, proper breathing techniques, and biomechanical analysis of posture in their assessment treatment protocols.
