We opened our first clinic in 2004 that and have since established several multidisciplinary clinics. We offer over 25 customized healthcare services provided by a team of professionals and specialists. We believe in a holistic approach to healthcare which is why we offer a multitude of services under one company.

Medical and Mental Health Services
ProActive’s Medical and Mental Health Services division consists of several collaborative primary care clinics. Our in-network Medical Professionals allow for enhanced triage capabilities which create optimal patient outcomes. Medical and allied health professionals work together throughout our clinics to provide optimal personalized health solutions.
ProActive Occupational Health Services (POHS)
ProActive Occupational Health Services (POHS) is a dedicated division of ProActive Wellness Centre. Our team of Occupational Rehab Specialists and Therapists deliver in-clinic, on-site and virtual services that are fully customized to meet the needs of any industry, organization, and employee. POHS is there to support your organization from implementing injury prevention programs to reintegrating injured employees back into the workforce.
Physical Rehabilitation
ProActive Wellness Centre specializes in the areas of Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, Counselling and more! We have a team of clinicians who collaborate to enhance the recovery and strengthening journey of our clients.
On Demand
ProActive On Demand offers virtual appointments with clinicians as well as an on demand platform with a library of content that can be custom tailored to a clients personal needs. Virtual appointments can be made for Physiotherapy, Occupational Health Services, Counselling and more!
